Lanyard Sample Approval
The pre-production sample is the final checkpoint before a custom lanyard order moves into bulk manufacturing. Compare the physical sample with the approved artwork and written specification rather than relying on appearance alone.
Sample checklist
- Logo clarity, repeat position and print consistency
- Material feel, width, length and color match
- Clip, buckle and safety breakaway function
- Stitching, edge finish and packaging presentation
Send one consolidated list of changes if revisions are needed. Once the sample is approved, Orpinegift records it as the production reference for manufacturing and final quality inspection.
