Lanyard Production Setup
After artwork approval, Orpinegift prepares the production setup required for the selected lanyard method. This may include screen preparation, heat-transfer files, woven pattern programming, yarn colors, cutting specifications and attachment assembly instructions.
What we verify
- Artwork scale and repeat alignment
- Color references and material compatibility
- Strap width, finished length and tolerance
- Attachment orientation and assembly sequence
This technical review reduces avoidable sample revisions and makes the approved sample easier to reproduce during bulk production. Any setup charge or special requirement is confirmed before work proceeds.
