Badge Mold Development
For metal and molded badge styles, approved artwork is converted into production tooling. Orpinegift checks the final dimensions, line depth, raised and recessed areas, edge treatment and backing position before the mold is prepared.
Tooling controls
- Match the approved drawing and scale
- Protect readable text and logo details
- Allow for plating, enamel or paint processes
- Confirm attachment position and orientation
The mold becomes a key reference for repeat orders, so tooling changes after completion may require additional time or cost. A sample is produced from the approved setup before bulk manufacturing.
